Cancellation policy

At Sunrise Beach Oscoda, we understand that plans can change. While we strive to be flexible, we also need to protect our booking schedule. Here's how our cancellation policy works:

Refund Schedule:

• More than 45 days before arrival: Full refund (100%)

• 15-45 days before arrival: Partial refund (50%)

• Less than 15 days before arrival: No refund

The Silver Lining: If we're able to rebook your dates, you'll receive a full refund regardless of timing

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 10 business days of your original check-in date. For cancellations made more than 45 days in advance, we'll process your refund within 5 business days.
