Guest Policy:

Our charming and nostalgic property has served as a beloved destination for nearly 75 years. With your continued support, we look forward to welcoming guests for many more years to come. It is important to note that we have a strict policy regarding the maximum occupancy limit of 10 guests, which is non-negotiable. This guideline is in place not only to ensure the safety of all guests but also to avoid administrative challenges for our residents.  Unfortunately our systems are not designed to efficiently accommodate an increased number of guests

Good Neighbor Clause

We're so glad you're here! One of the things that makes this place special is the mix of vacationers and permanent residents who call it home. To help you settle in like a local, here are a couple of insider tips:

  • Be a Great Neighbor: You'll be staying among private homes. A friendly wave and being mindful of others' space goes a long way in keeping the atmosphere relaxed and welcoming for everyone.
  • Keep Our Beach Beautiful: Nothing beats a clean beach. Please carry out everything you bring in, especially around the fire pits. It’s a group effort that we all appreciate.
  • Choosing Your Path: When heading to the beach, feel free to use the path that works for you, but a little courtesy goes a long way. Being mindful as you walk past the private condos is always appreciated.

Our Smoke-Free Home Policy:

We've created a smoke-free environment inside our home to ensure it's fresh and welcoming for every guest. We appreciate your partnership in keeping it this way.

  • A Clean Air Guarantee: To uphold this standard for everyone, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors. Please be aware that a $500 professional cleaning fee will be assessed if smoke is detected inside.
  • Outdoor Smoking Areas: If you smoke, please do so on the deck, the beach, or within your vehicle.
  • Help Us Keep Our Community Clean & Safe: For the safety and enjoyment of all, please be mindful of your cigarette butts.
  • Never leave butts on the beach or flick them onto the grass. They don't biodegrade and are harmful to our beautiful natural environment.
  • Please ensure all smoking materials are fully extinguished and dispose of them in your vehicle's ashtray. Improper disposal that leads to damage (like a fire) will be the financial responsibility of the guest.

Pet Policy:

To ensure our home is welcoming and comfortable for every guest, including those with severe allergies, we maintain a strict no-pet policy. Thank you for respecting this policy and helping us provide a safe space for all visitors. For special inquiries regarding service animals or unique situations, please contact Mari & Mike to discuss possibilities .

Quiet Time:  

Our property is a cherished space for both vacationers and full-time residents. To ensure a peaceful and relaxing environment for everyone, we observe quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

We appreciate your partnership in being a great neighbor and keeping noise levels to a minimum during these times. This simple courtesy helps maintain the tranquil spirit of our lakeside community.

Damages & Accident :

We understand that accidents may occur during your stay. If you inadvertently damage any items, we kindly request that you contact us promptly by sending a brief TEXT (please include a photo). For minor damages, it is likely that no charges will be applied. However, in instances of more significant issues (such as a damaged TV screen), we would greatly appreciate the opportunity to discuss the associated costs with you prior to your departure to prevent any misunderstandings.
